Die bisher in vielen Unternehmen eingesetzten Anwendungssysteme bei der Beschaffung direkter Güter orientieren sich stark an den in der betrieblichen Praxis vorzufindenden Organisationsstrukturen. Dies verhindert einen reibungslosen Informations- und Kommunikationsfluss in den cross-funktionalen Geschäftsprozessen. Für die konkrete Gestaltung durchgängig prozessorientierter Anwendungssysteme bei der Beschaffung direkter Güter existieren bisher kaum konzeptionelle und wissenschaftlich fundierte Ansätze.
In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird auf Basis einer Analyse des State-of-the-Art in Industrieunternehmen ein Vorschlag für einen elektronischen Vergabeprozess bei der Beschaffung direkter Güter entwickelt. |

The IT-systems actually used to support the sourcing of direct goods orientate strongly on the organisational structures of the industry companies. This fact prevents a smothless flow of information and communication within the cross-functional business processes. It lacks conceptual appendages for the design of process-oriented IT-systems in sourcing of direct goods. The dissertation presents a proposal for an electronic sourcing process based on the analysis of the State-of-the-Art in industry companies. |
